Michele Goldstein Misher

Michele Goldstein Misher is currently working as the Senior Counsel - Corporate, Securities and Compliance at B&G Foods since November 2014. Prior to this, Michele worked as an Associate at Lowenstein Sandler LLP from March 2006 to May 2007, representing private equity firms in debt and equity related transactions. Michele also has experience as a Vice President at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc, providing legal advice on securities trading. Michele started their career as a Legal Assistant at Schick Technologies. Michele holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Law, and Environmental Studies from Binghamton University.
