Cody Lyons possesses extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Technical Service Manager at BG Products, Inc. since June 2013. In this role, Cody manages daily operations of the Technical Service Department, focusing on executing strategic goals to enhance technical training and customer support on a global scale. Previous experience includes serving as a Technical Service Engineer for Ford Motor Company, where Cody collaborated with dealerships to resolve complex vehicle issues and supported design engineers in addressing emerging concerns.
