Erin Ricker, MMIS, MSA, currently serves as the Web and Mobile App Development Team Lead at BG Products, Inc., where coordination of team efforts and facilitation of requirements gathering sessions is central to the role. Education includes a Master's Degree in Management of Information Systems from Friends University and a Master's Degree in Security Administration from Southwestern College, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Operations Technology/Computer Programming Technology.
