Javier Romero Bañuelos

Javier Romero Bañuelos has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Javier began their career at Grupo P.I. Mabe, where they held various roles in logistics coordination, internal auditing, and controls. During their time there, they demonstrated expertise in multimodal logistics systems, financial reporting, and process improvement. Javier also played a significant role in the certification of ISO-9000.

Later, they joined TRM Resinas Termoplásticas as the General Manager, where they were responsible for national sales in Brazil. Javier successfully implemented commercial restructuring strategies to increase sales and achieve an 18% growth in revenue.

Currently, Javier is working at BG Trucking Inc as the Director of Compliance. In this role, they have been involved in financial reporting, creating managerial reports and graphics for decision-making, and developing business strategies. Additionally, they led the operations department and achieved a 33% increase in billing from 2016 to 2018 by setting productive goals and implementing key performance indicators.

Javier Romero Bañuelos completed a Bachelor's degree in International Trade at UPAEP from 1997 to 2002. Javier later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance at the Universidad del Valle de México from 2019 to 2021.
