Jimmy Chen

Jimmy Chen is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in financial services and application development. Currently serving as the Head of Reference Data Technology at BGC Group since September 2017 and a member of the ANNA-DSB Technology Advisory Committee since January 2018, Jimmy provides critical service design and workflow advice for compliance with MIFID2 requirements. Previously, at JPMorgan Chase & Co., from September 2012 to August 2017, Jimmy held the position of VP, Development Manager, overseeing application development for the Public Finance trading desk and leading the architectural design for municipal trading systems. Earlier roles included Lead Developer at Thaumaturgix and Computer Specialist at HRA - MIS. Jimmy holds a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Queens College.
