Milena Maneva MSc is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business continuity and resilience across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Business Continuity & Resilience EMEA at Cantor Fitzgerald and holding the position of Chair for the Network of Women (NOW-London) at BGC Group, Milena is committed to empowering women in the industry. Milena co-founded the Resilience Think Tank, LLC, focusing on independent guidance for the risk and resilience industry. Past roles include Global BCI Board Director and VP - Business Continuity Management Lead EMEA, along with significant experience at Standard Life Aberdeen and NHS Professionals. Milena holds a Master of Science in Risk Management from Glasgow Caledonian University and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising & Marketing from the University of Nicosia.
