Richard Gardner

Richard Gardner serves as the Global Head of Brokerage Operations at BGC Partners, a position held since September 1998, overseeing trade capture, billing, and collections on a global scale. Prior roles at BGC Partners include Business Integration and Finance Development Manager, where responsibilities included merging and acquiring businesses and enhancing financial systems. Gardner has also led finance projects, notably implementing Oracle systems across various regions. Earlier in the career at Cantor Fitzgerald, Gardner held multiple roles ranging from Financial Accountant to Head of Financial Control. Prior experience includes a decade at Rowland Hall, where expertise in audit and accounting was developed while training as an ACCA.
