Mike Cieslak has extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as Vice President of Supply Chain at BGE Indoor Air Quality Solutions since November 2020. Previously, Mike held leadership roles including Director of Global Supply Chain at Calfrac Well Services and Supply Contract Negotiator at Shell Canada. With a background as Product and Supply Manager at Shell Chemicals Americas Inc and roles at Sealed Air Corporation, NOVA Chemicals, and Chesapeake Decision Sciences Ltd, Mike developed expertise in logistics and planning. Academic credentials include an MBA from Oregon State University and a BComm from the University of Calgary.
