Scott Osterhoudt

Scott Osterhoudt, PLS, currently serves as the Director of Land Survey at BGE, Inc. since March 2022. Prior to this role, Scott was the Mobile LiDAR Department Manager at ESP Associates, Inc. from February 2018 to March 2022. Scott's extensive experience includes serving as Project Manager and Technical Discipline Lead at Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. within the Geospatial Group from November 2009 to February 2018, specializing in managing best practices and quality procedures for the National Rail Division. Scott's earlier roles include Certified Survey Tech III at Ghiotto & Associates, Project Manager at Civil Site Precision, and Survey CAD Tech at Cranston Engineering Group, following an initial position as Party Chief/Survey CAD Tech at H Lawson Graham Engineering.
