Prior to this, Michelle held various HR roles at companies such as Nutrifertil, Vestas Celtic, Makro Cash & Carry, Environment Agency, and Marks and Spencer Money. Michelle holds a Bsc Hons Degree in Human Resource Management and Psychology from John Moores University.
