Gayle joined the HR team at BGF in October 2022, looking after Reward.

Gayle has over 15 years of experience in Rewards within financial services. Prior to BGF, she held various roles at Investec Bank, Credit Suisse, Impax Asset Management, and, more recently, at Brooks Macdonald, an investment management firm.
