Hardev Lotey

With a passion for all things intelligent, Hardev leads the Business Intelligence (BI) function having joined in August 2015. Hardev works with all teams across the business to bring real-time insight from an array of digital sources. Keeping up to date with the latest technology advancements, he ensures BGF are working with the best tools available.

Hardev holds a BA (hons) degree in Business IT and progressed through an IT career, quickly recognising the value in the often-neglected data pools. His focus then advanced to data analysis, real-time reporting, predictive analytics and data visualisation. Outside of work Hardev enjoys most sports, including football which he plays regularly.
