Michał Ogonowski

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, where support is provided for innovation projects through training and mentorship. Micha founded managination, focusing on enhancing the software development landscape by making processes more dynamic and reliable. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where significant contributions were made to decentralized infrastructure and secure IoT communication. Additionally, Micha has been involved with Share&Charge as a Foundation Board member and CTO, as well as serving on the Blockchain Advisory Board for the IIB Council and advising PioneerVentures.io on decentralization opportunities. Micha's technical expertise was further demonstrated as a Sr. Blockchain Developer at Sweetbridge, Inc., and as a Blockchain Advisor at SwissBorg. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and advanced studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
