Douceline Sicart

Douceline Sicart has extensive experience in the human resources field, currently serving as the Head of Human Capital Development at BGL BNP Paribas since January 2009, focusing on recruitment, learning and skilling, engagement, and communication for HR offerings. Prior to this role, Douceline held various HR managerial positions at BNP Paribas Luxembourg from April 1997 to December 2008, including responsibilities in recruitment and career management. Douceline holds a degree from ESSEC Business School and has pursued certified coaching training with Linkup Coaching since 2013.
