Beth Wolny

Beth Wolny serves as the Chief People Officer at Bright!Tax since June 2024 and has been a Leadership Coach and Speaker at Beth Wolny Coaching since April 2020. Previously, Beth held the position of Director of Operations at Bright!Tax, where leadership training and operational restructuring contributed to significant growth during 2020. With a background as a Military Instructor at the Joint Forces Staff College and experience in various roles within the U.S. Marine Corps, Beth has a strong foundation in leadership development, operational planning, and organizational processes. Educationally, Beth holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MFA in Creative Writing and a Master's in National Security Policy Studies, alongside a focus on military and women's history.
