Kevin Brodsky

Kevin Brodsky is an experienced finance professional with a focus on distressed debt and special situations. Currently serving as Managing Director at BGO since July 2022, Kevin previously held the position of Principal at Artemis Real Estate Partners from March 2017 to June 2022. Prior to that, Kevin was Senior Vice President at Lone Star Funds / Hudson Advisors from 2010 to March 2017 and worked as a Consultant at New World Realty Advisors from March 2009 to 2010, specializing in distressed commercial real estate consulting and workouts. Kevin's earlier experience includes roles as Senior Analyst - Transaction Manager at MMA Realty Capital and Analyst in Real Estate Finance & Securitization at Credit Suisse. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Finance from Cornell University, with a focus on Hospitality Administration.
