Noriko Yoshinaga

Noriko Yoshinaga is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Vice President and Compliance Officer at BentallGreenOak since July 2019, Noriko is responsible for compliance oversight in Japan. Prior to this role, Noriko was the Compliance Officer at GreenOak Real Estate from June 2012 to June 2019 and held various positions, including Director in the Legal and Compliance Division at Morgan Stanley from September 2008 to February 2012. Earlier career experiences include roles at GE, Aetos Japan LLC, and INA Himawari Life Insurance Inc., where Noriko developed a strong foundation in legal operations, audit processes, and administrative support. Educational qualifications include a law degree from Rikkyo University and completion of an Intercultural Management Program at the Japan-America Institute of Management Science.
