Paul Herra

Paul Herra is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in commercial mortgages. Currently serving as Vice President and B.C. Region Leader for Commercial Mortgages at BGO since August 2019, Paul Herra plays a critical role in a leading global real estate investment management firm that is part of SLC Management, associated with Sun Life. Previously, Paul Herra held the position of Vice President at CMLS Financial from September 2012 to August 2019, where significant achievements included co-originating and co-brokering over $750 million in commercial mortgages. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McGill University.
