Raisa Carating

Raisa Carating is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and talent development, currently serving as Sr Partner, EDI & Talent Development at BGO since September 2022. Prior to this, Raisa held the position of Learning & Talent Development Manager at Arterra Wines Canada from May 2021 to September 2022. At Loblaw Companies Limited, Raisa advanced through several roles, including Specialist Learning and Development and Sr Coordinator Learning & Development, from May 2017 to May 2021. Earlier career experience includes a tenure at Edward Jones from October 2008 to April 2017, where Raisa developed and implemented numerous training programs and managed client-centric marketing campaigns as a Branch Office Administrator. Raisa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Marketing from the University of Guelph and a Change Management certification from Prosci.
