Tanya Kolacz

Tanya Kolacz is a seasoned professional in marketing and leasing management with a diverse career trajectory. Currently serving as the Manager of Leasing & Portfolio Performance at BGO since October 2025, Tanya previously held the role of Manager of Sales and Marketing at Devron from May 2023 to September 2025. Prior experience includes serving as a Marketing Specialist at Concord Adex Corp. and various marketing and public relations roles at Minto Group, Humber College, and Blue Ant Media. Tanya holds a Certificate in Digital Marketing from York University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and Communication from Humber College.
