Robin Colwell

Robin Colwell has a substantial and diverse work experience. Robin is currently working at BGR Group, starting in March 2021 as their Of Counsel and moving up to the role of Senior Vice President in September 2021. Prior to joining BGR Group, they founded and worked as the Principal of Convergence Strategies from January to September 2021. Before that, they served as the Special Assistant To The President for Economic Policy at the Executive Office of the President, The White House from August 2019 to January 2021. Robin also has experience working in various legislative counsel roles for the U.S. House of Representatives and the United States Senate, as well as serving as Chief of Staff to Commissioner Mike O'Rielly at the Federal Communications Commission. Additionally, they worked as an attorney at Wiley Rein LLP from 1999 to 2002.

Robin Colwell attended Florida State University from 1991 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Affairs. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at William & Mary Law School from 1995 to 1998, obtaining a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
