Bain Storch has held various roles in the finance and consulting industries. Bain began their career in 2000 as a Financial Advisor for Morgan Stanley. In 2003, they joined EY as an Auditor. In 2005, they joined Reynolds American Inc., where they held various roles including Senior Finance Manager - Retail Discounting, Senior Finance Manager - RAI Innovations/Niconovum, Senior Finance Manager - Vapor Company Finance, Lead Finance Manager - Vapor Company Finance, Lead Fiance Manager - Supply Finance, Tax Analyst III & IV, and Financial Analyst III. In 2021, they became a Consultant at Resources Global Professionals. Most recently, in 2022, they joined BGS Consulting as a Manager.

Bain Storch received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2000. Bain then attended the same university to receive their Master's of Accounting (MAC) in 2003. Bain later attended Wake Forest University School of Business, graduating with a Master of Business Administration - MBA in 2009.
