Melissa R.

Melissa R. has extensive experience in the staffing industry, with their most recent role as the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at BGSF starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Adecco as the Head of Marketing US from 2020 to 2022.

Melissa's longstanding career at EmployBridge began in 1998, where they held various roles including VP of Branch Operations and Senior Director of Digital Operations and Marketing Innovation. In these positions, they were responsible for leading teams and implementing initiatives to improve branch operations, increase associate retention, and drive digital transformation across the company. Prior to that, Melissa held roles as Director of Digital Media and Marketing, Marketing Manager, Business Dev and Marketing, Regional Trainer, and Senior Business Analyst.

Before joining EmployBridge, Melissa worked at EmployBridge, Inc. as a Project Manager from 1995 to 1997 and Personnel One - EmployBridge, Inc. as a Branch Manager and Staffing Supervisor from 1991 to 1995.

Melissa R. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Auburn University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Prior to that, they attended McIntosh High School from 1980 to 1985. Additionally, Melissa holds certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Riverwood Associates, obtained in 2016 and 2015 respectively.
