Stephen Desilva

Stephen DeSilva has a diverse work experience. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as an AML Analyst at BNY Mellon. From 2010 to 2011, they served as a Staffing Manager at Robert Half International. From 2011 to 2021, they held the position of Division Director at SNI Companies. From 2021 to 2021, they worked as a Director of Client Development at RGP. Stephen then joined Horn Solutions, Inc. in 2021 as a Market Leader in Finance & Accounting before serving as a Sr. Managing Director in Accounting and Finance at BGSF starting in 2023.

Stephen DeSilva received a Bachelor of Arts degree in European History from the University of Oklahoma, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
