Ebony Butler

Ebony Butler served as the Sr. Leadership Development Facilitator at T-Mobile from May 2016 to April 2018. Ebony then transitioned to the role of D&I Consultant at T-Mobile from April 2018 to January 2020. Starting in March 2016, they took on the position of Adjunct Professor at Paul Quinn College, teaching courses such as Introduction to Management, Social Entrepreneurship, and Personal Finance. In January 2021, Ebony became the Vice President of Diversity & Development at BGSF.

Ebony Butler completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management at the University of Phoenix from 2008 to 2011. In addition, they obtained certifications in Leadership Development, Project Management, Extraordinary Productivity, MBTI, and Strategic Sales from various institutions between 2013 and 2017.
