Julia Gonzalez-Schagar

Julia Gonzalez-Schagar serves as the Director of People and Culture at GMi since April 2023 and has been the HR Director at BGT Interior Solutions since February 2016. In the HR role, Julia excels in recruiting, onboarding, and ensuring a positive experience for candidates, along with overseeing employee training. Earlier experience includes positions as Project Engineer and Project Coordinator, where Julia facilitated project communication and documentation processes. Julia has also acted as an Independent Consultant since September 2011 and held leadership positions at Trusted Advisors, LLC, Robertson Geologging, and Time Talent Agency LLC. Other roles include Office Administrator at HRSS CPAs & Advisors and Operations Manager at Memorial Athletic Club & Aquatic Center. Julia’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce from Instituto Tecnologico de Cancun.
