Ethan Starkey

Ethan Starkey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community management, sales enablement, and talent development across various organizations. Currently serving as the Community Manager at Bhakti Yoga DC since October 2024, Ethan previously held multiple roles at Optimizely, including Senior Enablement Manager and Sales Enablement and Onboarding Manager, where significant contributions included orchestrating global sales kickoffs and developing enablement resources for a global sales team. Earlier positions at Industrious encompassed responsibilities as an Inside Sales Consultant, Network Growth Manager, and Community Manager, where Ethan played a crucial role in revenue growth and community building.
