Silita Simantika

Silita Simantika has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Silita is currently working as an Associate Vice President - HR (People & Talent) at Bhanzu, where they manage talent acquisition, onboarding programs, HRMS implementation, and various initiatives related to employee retention and growth. Prior to this, they held roles as the Head of Talent Acquisition and People Practice & Solutions - TA & HR at Bhanzu. Silita has also worked as a Senior HR Manager at Wissen Technology, Manager - TA & Operations at BDIPlus, and Principal Consultant - Leadership Hiring at Zyoin. Silita has experience in leadership hiring, executive search, and sales management from their previous roles at INFINIMINDS, CAPDEAL REALTORS PRIVATE LIMITED, and ASSOTECH BEBL INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED. Silita also worked as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at AFFINITY HOMES LIMITED and as a guest lecture at Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology (IGIT), Sarang. Silita started their career as a Summer Trainee at Vishakapatnam Steel plant, gaining insights into the steel plant processing and quality checks.

Silita Simantika received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology (IGIT), Sarang, which they attended from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their +2 Science degree in Pcbm from Dhenkanal Jobs between 1995 and 1997. Silita also obtained an ICSE degree from Montfort School. In addition to their formal education, Silita has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in areas such as conflict resolution, strategic thinking, technical recruiting, and business etiquette, among others.
