Ritesh has over 25 years of experience and is associated with BFIL for the past eight years. His expertise lies in Rural Microfinance, Banking Strategic Quality and Microfinance Digitisation.

He heads the Bharat Money Stores, a unique banking and financial transaction platform of BFIL for Kirana merchants that offers AADHAAR Based Banking, Money Transfer, Bill Payments & Recharge Services, Loans to the merchant and Personal loans to the customer at one single stop.

He has specialized in handling Alternate Rural Distribution at Bharat Money Stores and Operational Excellence with a high-impact track record in the most profitable institutions. Brands like ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, First Gulf Bank Abu Dhabi, and Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd. have also witnessed higher growth during their association.

Ritesh holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Post Graduate Diploma in Management and General Management Program from IIM, Ahmedabad, and is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
