Dnyanesh Jadhav

Dnyanesh Jadhav has more than 19 years of work experience in various roles related to project management, new product development, and manufacturing engineering. Dnyanesh is currently serving as the Associate Vice President at Bharat Forge Ltd, focusing on NPD and project management in the R&D department. Prior to their current role, they worked at Kalyani powertrain limited as an Assistant General Manager, managing project management and NPD. Dnyanesh also held the position of Senior Manager at AVTEC Limited, where they handled NPD and ME responsibilities. Additionally, Dnyanesh has experience working at Linamar India as a Manager, responsible for program management and NPD, and at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited as the Deputy Manager for Supplier Quality Development. Dnyanesh started their career as a Technical Trainee at Mahindra Group and progressed to the roles of Assistant Manager and Deputy Manager, specializing in manufacturing engineering. Throughout their career, Dnyanesh has demonstrated expertise in new product introduction, process improvement, budgeting, supplier management, and team coordination.

Dnyanesh Jadhav completed a Diploma in Automobile Engineering from MSBTE in the years 1999 to 2002. Dnyanesh then pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, from 2005 to 2009. Lastly, they attended Welingkar Institute of Management from 2011 to 2013 for a Post Graduate Program in Management Study (PGPMS).
