Kamini Singh

Kamini Singh has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and total rewards. Kamini'smost recent role was as an Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Bharat Forge Ltd starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were a Manager - HRBP India Global Functions & SSC at Bekaert from 2022-2023. Kamini also held the position of Lead - Talent Acquisition and C&B at Bekaert in 2021. From 2016 to 2020, Kamini worked as an Assistant Manager - Total Rewards & SSC at SKF India. Kamini'searlier experience includes being an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Excelsis Energy from 2011 to 2016.

Kamini Singh holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University, which they completed between 2009 and 2011. Kamini also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - BBA with a specialization in Finance from the same university, studying from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Kamini Singh has obtained various certifications related to Human Resources and workplace inclusivity. Kamini earned the CHRBP certification from Middle Earth HR in August 2023, the Certified Rewards Ready certification from Aon HR Learning Center in March 2022, and successfully completed the "Out and Proud: Approaching LGBT Issues in the Workplace" course on LinkedIn in June 2021.
