Mohit Singh is a seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience in business development and strategic management within the defense and automotive sectors. Currently serving as Business Head: Small Arms at Bharat Forge Ltd, Mohit has led initiatives on strategic tie-ups and indigenous product rollouts since August 2010. Prior roles include AVP of Business Development in Defence and Sr. Manager in Business Development, where responsibilities encompassed bid management, supply chain, and export strategies, along with acquiring significant business from prominent defense entities. Mohit's tenure at Kalyani Forge involved managing program development for new automotive products and key account management. Earlier experience includes an internship at Patni Computer Systems and a six-year role as Assistant Manager at Larsen & Toubro, focusing on project management and engineering in defense and aerospace projects.
