Salim Jamadar

Salim Jamadar began their work experience in 1992 as an Engineer at Mahindra Group, where they worked as a shop floor engineer and gained experience in quality assurance and data analysis. Salim then joined Bharat Gears Ltd in 1993 as a Production Manager before moving to Bharat Forge Ltd in 1995, where they took on the role of Associate Vice President - Quality Systems.

Salim Jamadar holds a Master's degree in Engineering and Business Management from the University of Warwick, which they completed from 2011 to 2014. Salim also earned an MBA in Operations from Indira Gandhi National Open University between 2010 and 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Production Engineering from MHSSCE - Mumbai from 1988 to 1993 and a Science degree with a focus on Mathematics and Science from Wilson College Chowpatty Mumbai 400 007 from 1986 to 1988. Salim also has a certification as a Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, TS 16949, ISO 14001, AS 9100 from UL University.
