Mr Shende is an Engineer & M.Tech from IIT Madras, with vast experience of more than 38 years in Projects, Operations & Managing the Business Units.
Mr Shende has been with us since 2012. Prior to joining BFW, he worked in varied organizations in the Machine Tool industry like Kennametal, Vigel Manufacturing Technologies etc.
He headed the Special Purpose Machining Division & Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, before taking up his latest assignment as Deputy CEO.
