Pardeep Goyal

Pardeep Goyal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Chairman of Bharat Stars Services Private Limited since June 2024 and as Business Head Retail at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) since June 2021, Pardeep has held various leadership roles within BPCL, including Executive Director Retail Marketing and Chief General Manager Gas Projects CNG. Pardeep's prior experience includes directorial positions at GSPL India Gasnet Limited and Haridwar Natural Gas, and Director Commercial at Central UP Gas Limited, where responsibilities included the development of natural gas networks and promoting cleaner fuel usage. Pardeep’s career at BPCL spans over three decades, encompassing roles in aviation fuel management, engineering and projects, retail engineering, and construction. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Trichy, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from Annamalai University.
