Raj Dubey

Raj Dubey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations within the petroleum industry. Currently serving as a Director of Human Resources at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited since May 2023, Raj holds a functional director position on the board of this prominent enterprise. Prior to this, Raj worked at Indian Oil Corporation Limited for over a decade in various executive roles, including Executive Director and State Head for Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, Chief General Manager overseeing Retail Academy and HRD functions, and General Manager managing multiple oil terminals. Raj's academic credentials include a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, a PhD in progress on the impact of HR practices in Knowledge Management, and an IMBA from Fakulteta za podiplomski humanisticni študij.
