Sanika Bhosle

Sanika Bhosle is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in Total Rewards and HR Operational Excellence. Currently serving as Vice President at Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited since June 2020, Sanika has held several leadership positions within the company, progressing from General Manager to Sr. General Manager. Prior to this role, significant contributions were made at GSK, where Sanika served as Sr. Manager and HR Business Partner. The career began at Novartis Consumer Health in various HR roles, culminating in the position of Sr. Manager, overseeing human capital practices for a large employee base. Sanika holds an MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, as well as a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
