Akshay Saxena

Akshay Saxena is an experienced analytics professional currently serving as Analytics Manager and Head of Analytics for Airtel's broadband division. Since September 2020, Akshay has led a team of five to develop analytics strategies and deliver data-driven insights to enhance product growth. Prior to Airtel, Akshay worked at Boston Consulting Group from May 2015 to August 2020, where roles included Analytics Lead in BCG GAMMA, managing various analytical transformations across sectors, and Senior Analyst, contributing to national labor programs. Earlier experience includes a Senior Business Analyst position at Citi, focusing on global MIS analytics, and a Senior Analyst role at WNS Global Services, specializing in business analytics for retail clients. Akshay holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Manav Rachna University.
