Damanbha Lato possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, holding key positions in various organizations. Currently serving as the Head & Principal Consultant for the Universal Service Obligation Fund (USOF) at Bharti Airtel Limited, Damanbha has previously served as General Manager Technical at RailTel Corporation of India Ltd and as Director Technical & Operations at Shillong Smart City Ltd. In earlier roles, Damanbha held the position of CTO-Circle for the North East at Dishnet Wireless Ltd and served as CTO-Regional for Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, and Himachal at Aircel Limited.
