Chris Koulouris

Chris Koulouris is an accomplished Executive Director and Business Improvement Consultant specializing in the Utilities sector, with a focus on energy transition and program management. With significant experience at Flexiq Pty Ltd since December 2021, Chris leads initiatives aimed at enhancing program delivery and team engagement. As Chair of the Melbourne Innovation Centre, Chris supports entrepreneurial growth through incubation and acceleration programs.
