Sakshi Palkar

Sakshi Palkar is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and retail operations sectors, currently serving as Manager - Retail Operations at Airtel since November 2023. Prior to this role, Sakshi worked as an Assistant Manager at Hardcastle Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. from July 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included organizing and executing various operational systems and managing a complete supply chain operation for the restaurant. Furthermore, Sakshi gained valuable experience as an Industrial Trainee at The St. Regis Mumbai from March 2021 to May 2021. Sakshi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from IHM Hyderabad and a Bachelor of Science in Tourism & Hospitality from Indira Gandhi National Open University, both completed in May 2022, in addition to prior education at R. A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics and Holy Name High School.
