Dhanashree Thakkar

Dhanashree Thakkar has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Dhanashree is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources and Distribution Training at Bharti AXA Life Insurance since April 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at the same company from September 2020 to April 2022.

Before joining Bharti AXA Life Insurance, Dhanashree worked as the Chief People Officer - Corporate Group Resources and Strategic Projects at Future Group India from July 2019 to September 2020.

Dhanashree started their career at Mahindra and Mahindra in 2001, where they held multiple roles over a span of 4.5 years. Dhanashree made significant contributions in areas such as management development, employee engagement, and organizational development for the Farm Equipment Sector.
