Ambareesh Mandelia

Ambareesh Mandelia serves as the Group Head of M&A and Business Development at Bharti Enterprises since May 2024. Previously, Ambareesh held the position of Senior Vice President - Chief of Strategy & Corporate Development at Tata 1mg from October 2021 to April 2024 and Vice President at TATA SONS LIMITED from June 2017 to October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Vice President at Arpwood Capital specializing in M&A Advisory, and various Vice President positions within investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Nomura, along with an Associate role at Lehman Brothers. Ambareesh began their career as an Article Assistant at Bansi S. Mehta & Co. specializing in Audit & Taxation. Educational qualifications include a Specialised Investment Banking Course from The Wharton School, a Masters in Commerce from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics, and completion of the ICSE from Campion School.
