Leland J. Meadows, CIH, CSP, CHMM has extensive experience in health and safety management. Leland J. is currently the Health and Safety Director at Bhate since June 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Corporate Health and Safety Manager at KEMRON Environmental Services from July 2013 to June 2021. Before that, they worked as a Site Safety and Health Officer at Environmental Restoration LLC from April 2012 to July 2013. Leland also served as a Site Safety and Health Officer at Tetra Tech from July 2009 to April 2012 and at Oneida Total Integrated Enterprises (OTIE) from October 2005 to July 2009. Leland J. Meadows, CIH, CSP, CHMM, has a strong education background in chemistry, mathematics, and safety. Leland J. earned their Bachelor's degrees in Chemistry and Mathematics from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University from 1997 to 2001. Later, they pursued further education in safety and health management and obtained a Certificate in the Safety and Health Management Certificate Program from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2013.

In addition to their educational achievements, Leland has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Leland J. became a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) through the American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH®) in June 2020.
