Anik Conley-Das

Anik Conley-Das is currently the Interim Head of Human Resources at Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program and the Founder and Principal People and Talent Consultant at ACD People Consulting, specializing in HR leadership, executive search, coaching services, and advisory roles. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Human Resources for the North Region at Steward Health Care, VP of People Partners at Array, and VP of People and Culture at Superpedestrian, all focused on team development. Anik holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Boston University.
