Associate Director Of Human Resources at Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program

Danielle McNeil-Speller has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Danielle is currently serving as the Associate Director of Human Resources at Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program, a position they have held since July 2018. Prior to this, from April 2017 to July 2018, they worked as the Human Resources Staff Development Manager at the same organization.

Before joining Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program, Danielle worked at the Department of Transitional Assistance as the HR Liaison, Diversity Officer, and ADA Coordinator from June 2014 to March 2017.

From October 2013 to June 2014, Danielle held the position of a Senior HR Generalist and Diversity Program Coordinator at Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program. Danielle also served as a Senior Human Resource Generalist from October 2011 to October 2013 and as an HR Generalist from June 2009 to October 2011 at the same organization. In their role as an HR Generalist, Danielle provided assistance in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment and conducting orientation sessions for new employees.

From February 2002 to October 2008, Danielle worked at City Year Headquarters, first as a Staff Recruitment Manager and later as a Human Potential Coordinator/Staff Recruitment Coordinator.

Danielle's work experience also includes roles at Protocol Communications and New England Financial, MetLife, where they served as a Training Coordinator/Quality Assurance Coordinator and Training Assistant, respectively.

Earlier in their career, Danielle worked as a Customer Service Representative at Bay Bank/BankBoston.

Danielle McNeil-Speller, PHR pursued their education at Cambridge College from 2012 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2007, they attended Roxbury Community College and completed an Associates Degree with a field of study in General Concentration / Liberal Arts.
