Equity & Inclusion Partner at Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program

Levi Green has a diverse work experience in the field of equity and inclusion. Levi started their career as the Engineering Student Leadership Council Chair at the University of Connecticut, where they managed connections between Engineering Ambassadors and other engineering outreach organizations. After that, they worked as the LIFT Summer Academy Co-Director at New London Public Schools. Levi then joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Diversity and Inclusion Assistant, supporting D&I initiatives and producing learning materials. Levi later became a DE&I Communications Specialist at Mass General Brigham, where they focused on communications and facilitation. Following this, they worked as a DE&I Manager at Simon-Kucher & Partners, where they supported the global DE&I team and provided guidance to employee resource groups. Currently, Levi is working as an Equity & Inclusion Partner at Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program.

Levi Green (He/Him) pursued their education at the University of Connecticut, where they completed a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Communication from 2013 to 2018. Additionally, they also pursued a minor in Women's Gender Sexuality Studies from 2015 to 2018.
