Dan Winters

Dan Winters has a broad range of work experience in the fields of communications, public relations, training, and journalism. Dan is currently serving as the VP of Communications and Public Relations at BHE Renewables, LLC since May 2022.

Before that, Dan worked at Tero International, Inc. as a Training Consultant from July 2017 to May 2022.

Prior to their role at Tero International, Inc., Dan had a long career in journalism. Dan worked at WHO-HD from May 2004 to May 2022 as an Anchor/Reporter. Dan'sresponsibilities included co-anchoring daily newscasts, producing and reporting live segments, as well as writing and refining scripts.

From November 2002 to May 2004, Dan was a Reporter at KCCI-TV.

Before entering the field of journalism, Dan was an Anchor/Reporter at Westwood One from August 1999 to July 2000. During this time, they anchored evening drive time newscasts and traffic reports, and also wrote and edited regional news roundups.

Dan Winters attended Iowa State University from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Journalism and Communication. Prior to attending Iowa State University, their educational history is unknown.
