Kayla Werthmann

Kayla Werthmann has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in education and finance. Currently serving as a Credit Training Coach at BHG Financial since February 2022, Kayla has previously held positions as a Credit Analyst and Credit Assistant within the same company. Prior to this, Kayla worked in the Syracuse City School District from August 2016 to February 2022, where roles included Social Studies Teacher, Special Education Teacher, Science Teacher, and Substitute Teacher. Additional experience includes working as an ABA Therapist at Gateway Pediatric Therapy and as a Sales Associate at EXPRESS. Kayla holds a Master of Education in Special Education from Le Moyne College, completed in 2018, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the same institution, obtained in 2016.
