Jocelyn Bluth

Jocelyn Bluth has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Jocelyn is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at BHI since June 2020. In addition, they are a Member of Chief Executive Group, a private network designed for senior women leaders, aimed at strengthening their leadership journey and effecting change from the top down; they joined the company in October 2021. Jocelyn is also a Member of Hominum since February 2021.

Prior to their current roles, Jocelyn held various positions in notable financial institutions. Jocelyn worked as a Human Resources Executive at Golub Capital from October 2017 to June 2020. Before that, they served as an MD - Executive HR Business Partner at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from June 2008 to July 2017. Jocelyn also has experience as an MD - HR Business Partner at Bear Stearns from October 2006 to June 2008.

Jocelyn's career in HR began at Lehman Brothers, where they held the position of Human Resources Generalist from June 1993 to September 1999. Jocelyn then worked as a Director - HR Business Partner at Credit Suisse First Boston from September 1999 to May 2002. Subsequently, they held a similar role as Director - HR Business Partner at Citigroup from May 2002 to March 2006.

Throughout their career, Jocelyn has demonstrated expertise in human resources and has effectively served in various leadership capacities.

Jocelyn Bluth holds an MBA in Management from NYU Stern School of Business, which they obtained from 1995 to 2000. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Management from the University of Michigan between 1989 and 1993. In addition to their degrees, Jocelyn has also attained a Hogan Facilitation certification from the Hogan Consulting Group in January 2010.
